Keven Sinclair

Managing Director

Keven Sinclair is the Managing Director of Huge Connect and Huge TNS. With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Keven has played a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of connectivity solutions across South Africa. A founding member of ConnectNet in 2004, he has held several senior leadership positions, including New Business Development Director and Commercial Director, before being appointed Managing Director of Huge Connect. Under his leadership, Huge Connect continues to deliver innovative, secure, and cost-effective connectivity solutions to businesses nationwide.

Chantal Human

Financial Director

Chantal is an experienced executive with an impressive track record spanning 15 years in diverse fields ranging from property to financial services, telecommunications, and the ICT sectors. She was appointed to the Board of Huge Group as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 September 2025. She also holds the position of Financial Director of Huge Connect, one of Huge Group's largest PICs. Chantal has held various executive roles within Huge Group's Investment Portfolio since 2019, most recently as the financial executive of Huge TNS.

Sales and Marketing Director

Douglas Reed is a highly experienced telecommunications and ICT executive with more than 30 years of success in driving business growth, market expansion, and commercial innovation. Having played a key leadership role in the growth of some of South Africa's leading telecoms organisations, he brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement. As Sales and Marketing Director for Huge Connect and Huge TNS, Douglas leads the commercial strategy for both businesses, working closely with leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and deliver innovative connectivity and telecommunications solutions to customers across South Africa.

Thammy Kloppers is an experienced business and technology professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning software development, financial systems, operations, business analysis, and corporate management. As Commercial Executive, Thammy is responsible for supporting commercial strategy, strengthening business processes, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the continued growth and development of Huge Connect and Huge TNS.
